Emerald Regiment's Rules:

Here are our rules! They all fall under basic common courtesies and matters. They make our guild safer and more fun.
Respect your fellow guild mates and all other pirates!

§ Please ask before teleporting. You may not like where you end up!

§ No asking for promotions; ask and ye shall not receive!

§ Give a hearty greeting to members who log on; no need to be shy about it!

§ Always say please and thank you.

§ When requesting for help, please be specific! Do not demand for it, and please note that you are not being ignored if no one is responding.

§ Please no inappropriate language in guild chat; we have players of all ages in our guild!

§ Open chat is recommended, but all players are allowed.

§ Never discriminate another player.

§ Ask the captain before taking their wheel! It is the polite thing to do.

§ Use common sense! If you think someone will get hurt or made uncomfortable from your actions, don’t do it!

§ Please refrain from using outside or third-party programs (cheating programs) to help you advance in the game.

*Upon joining our guild, you automatically abide to our rules, and if you do violate them, you will be subject to our warning & strike system.

Ranks:
Guildmaster (GM) Creator of the guild, the leader. Able to promote, demote, and eject members.
Co-Guildmaster (Co-GM) Second in charge of the guild, often a second founder of the guild. Helps the guildmaster with their decisions and is their apprentice. In the case the guildmaster is gone, the co-guildmaster takes their place.
Senior Officer - An officer that has been part of the guild for a longer period than others - help guildmaster with decisions, and such. They earn more respect and a higher title for their loyalty.
Party Officer - An officer that not only takes the position as an officer, but is also a party planner or event scheduler.
Officer  - A member who has gone beyond their call of duty and has achieved a promotion to officer status.
Officer-In-Training (OIT/Veteran) An officer in training.
Member - A member of the guild. Makes up most of the guild's quantity, and the most valued asset.

Promotions are based upon:
§ Your readiness to recruit and help the guild
§ Your personality and attitude towards others
§ The length of time in the guild
§ Your activeness in the guild
